Today I want to share about ERP. I admit that at first I thought about putting ERP in the organization. I had a lot of different ideas than when I actually did it.
The first thing that feels at all is that ERP doesn't start at the system, but it starts at the clarity of the business ✅.
Many organizations decide to do ERP because they want a Dashboard to see more real-time and systematic data, but from the experience of real process design, what is more important than the system is the "clarity of the business itself." 🏋🏼♂️🤾♀️✨
1️⃣ ERP does not solve the unclear Process problem.
If Sales flow isn't clear yet, ❌
If Quotation doesn't connect to PO❌,
If ETA isn't recorded ❌,
ERP will be even more confusing. You should solve the obvious problems first and then gradually solve them point by point. We will continue to see the images. This will be easier.
2️⃣ need to know what we want to control.
ERP is a system that helps control important KPIs of an organization, e.g.
🤩 Margin per project
👀 Back-order status.
🕙. Supplier timeliness.
📊 Cash flow by Lead time
Including the data collection in the system for the annual ISO examination. As we have seen, it will be QCDS. If put in a good system, the ISO examination will no longer be dizzy because we provide the assessment system from the backyard data and the reception of the work page.
3️⃣ information is good? It's in discipline, not software.
I have to say, no ERP can get the data right.
If people don't fill in, ETA❌ doesn't confirm the actual receipt. ❌
Or modify the data backwards without standards ❌.
ERP is a tool that makes it easier for us to work, not for us all.
4️⃣ ERP is an organizational change, not a program installation.
The actual cost is not the License value.
But is
⏱️ time to adjust the process.
💡 team training.
A successful organization from ERP is an organization that will change the way it works. It may increase the process a little, waste a little time, ✅ but the result will reduce the working hours a lot. 👍🏻🩷

จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ผ่านการใช้งาน ERP มา จริงๆ แล้วระบบ ERP เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยจัดการและบริหารทรัพยากรขององค์กรให้ง่ายขึ้น แต่หัวใจสำคัญคือการเข้าใจธรรมชาติของธุรกิจตนเองให้ชัดเจนก่อนที่จะนำระบบเข้ามาใช้ สิ่งที่พบว่าช่วยให้การทำ ERP ประสบความสำเร็จคือการทำความเข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำงานหรือ Process ที่ชัดเจนก่อน ไม่อย่างนั้นระบบซับซ้อนอาจทำให้เกิดความสับสนได้ ตัวอย่างเช่น การเชื่อม Quotation กับ PO หรือการติดตาม ETA หากข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน ระบบจะไม่ช่วยให้งานง่ายขึ้นแต่กลับยุ่งยากกว่าเดิม นอกจากนี้ ต้องแน่ใจว่าทีมงานทุกคนมีวินัยในการกรอกข้อมูลและยืนยันความถูกต้อง รวมถึงไม่แก้ไขข้อมูลย้อนหลังโดยไม่มีมาตรฐาน เพราะไม่มี ERP ตัวไหนสามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลผิดพลาดที่ต้นทางได้เอง ระบบจึงเป็นแค่เครื่องมือช่วยให้เราได้ข้อมูลที่แม่นยำและรวดเร็วขึ้นเท่านั้น ในแง่มุมของการจัดการองค์กร ERP ไม่ใช่แค่การติดตั้งโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ แต่คือการเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีคิดและวิธีทำงานของทุกคนในทีม เช่น การเพิ่มขั้นตอนการทำงานหรือปรับกระบวนการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบใหม่ จึงต้องให้ความสำคัญกับการฝึกอบรมและปรับเปลี่ยนทัศนคติของทีมควบคู่ไปด้วย ในด้านการควบคุมองค์กรมากกว่า ERP ยังช่วยให้เราสามารถติดตาม KPI เช่น Margin ของแต่ละโปรเจกต์, สถานะ Back-order, ความตรงเวลาของ Supplier และ Cash flow ที่สำคัญต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร ซึ่งทำให้การบริหารจัดการมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นและลดความผิดพลาด สุดท้าย การทำ ERP ที่ดีควรเริ่มต้นจากความต้องการชัดเจนของธุรกิจ ไม่ใช่เริ่มที่เทคโนโลยี เพราะหากเราไม่ชัดในฐานข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ระบบก็ไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่แท้จริงได้ การเลือก ERP ต้องสอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมและกระบวนการจริงขององค์กร เพื่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดียั่งยืนและคุ้มค่าการลงทุน
