Summer Comfort Foods
BLTs...right!?! I mean who doesn't love those. Although we eat this heavenly ensemble all year long, it is my favorite choice for suppers that don't heat up the house, iykyk. Now this particular meal is a bit higher in carbs than my usual choice. That is why I planned ahead and made sure I stayed plenty active today, and bought myself some wiggle room. It's as simple as doing chores that need done anyway. Anyhow, enjoy this tasty treat.

I cooked 2 lbs of bacon using the deep pot method. I then weighed out 1.5 oz for my sandwich, I toasted my bread, and after building my sandwich I used G.Hughes Sugar Free Ketchup. That dude, he knows what's up. I took my Mission Zero Tortilla and cut it into eight triangles. I air-fried them for about 6 minutes. Then tossed them in cheddar cheese powder. We buy our powder at the Amish store, so look at the numbers of your brand. ( check the popcorn section).
