Trying out the Strong Surrey workout was an eye-opener for me. Plus, the combination helps prevent workout monotony, keeping me motivated to return for more sessions. Recovery is a huge part of my routine now, and having access to a sauna immediately after helps speed up muscle recovery and reduce soreness.
