Pregnant depression... normal?

Pregnancy depression... especially our 23-week twin womb now, is a little harder than you think. 🫠

Many people will say,

"You must be happy."

"Two children. Envy."

"Worth it, twin belly."

But the truth is...

Very tired.

I was tired of my body and my heart.

You struggle all day, all day non-stop. 🥰

(Even mom knows that's a good sign)

The stomach is tight. Not full of breath.

Not much sleep. The body never really rested.

And then some feelings gradually followed...

Feeling unreasonable sadness.

Easy to cry. Easy to get frustrated.

Deep down, I love you so much.

But why in my heart is strange

This is "pregnancy depression."

It doesn't mean we're bad mothers.

But it's body + hormones + cumulative fatigue.

It's really too heavy, which happens to be normal.

....

If anyone is feeling like this

I wanted to say, "You're not the only one."

Try taking care of yourself a little bit at a time.

Rest when you can. Don't be good all the time.

And don't be afraid to ask for help.

If it's too heavy,

It's not embarrassing to talk to a doctor.

....

Being a mother doesn't mean being strong all the time.

Some days... just get through. Very good.

I'll be patient. See you later, kids 🩵🩷. Love.
