✅Prepare the presenter. 📑 Our edition💖🥳
We have two pre-conference editions, one that reads the entire script and the other that is well prepared, and we think that these techniques should be useful to newbies who are just starting to research 😇 (right?)
After we have completed our research, submitted, submitted, received, accepted. All we have to do is prepare a presenter. Some may be online or on-site presentations, but it is convenient to choose on-site. We choose to go on-site more [WANT TO AWAY AWAY]
■ Be simple. 🫠
The slides don't have to be spectacular. From the experience of listening, each person has almost no beautiful slides, because they focus more on what they say.
So focus on communicating fully is enough ~ (^ - ^)
■ What to say? 💭
After designing the slides, we have to speak in line with the purpose of each slide page so that the listener is not confused, and we can communicate fully. We solve this problem by writing scripts because we are not good at improvising.
But believe it, there is a script first. When the queue has to be presented, wake up the field. Forget it all. Sometimes keep talking. (-) _ (-)
■ One hour of practice every day (but we only do it for two weeks, lazy (✨ - ✨))
If you are a person with a good memory, skip this. We have a terrible memory. Speaking, pronouncing, rehearsing often is the only way to keep us from standing in front of the stage.
■ Prepare to answer questions (when everyone is concerned)
Know and understand your research well. If you can't answer the question, answer it in the future or improve it. It's called future work. Remember, "I can't answer it."
What we think is the hardest thing in this part is "Listen to the questions to understand and know the words to ask." We are not racist, but the Indian accent is very difficult, even if he is not difficult to ask (@ _ @;) Japanese people are a little difficult (;)

ถ้าพูดถึง “จอพรีเซนต์งาน” ตอนแรกเรานึกว่าแค่มีโปรเจคเตอร์ก็จบ แต่พอไปพรีเซนต์ conference จริงๆ ถึงรู้ว่าจอ/การแสดงผลมีผลกับความมั่นใจมาก เพราะถ้าภาพไม่ชัด สีเพี้ยน หรือสไลด์โดนตัดขอบ เราจะหลุดโฟกัสทันที เลยขอแชร์เช็กลิสต์ที่เราใช้ก่อนขึ้นพรีเซนต์ (เผื่อช่วยลดแพนิกได้) 1) รู้ก่อนว่าที่งานใช้ “จอ” แบบไหน ส่วนใหญ่จะเจอ 2 แบบ: (1) โปรเจคเตอร์ฉายลงจอผ้า/จอขาว (2) จอ LED/TV ขนาดใหญ่ ถ้าเป็นโปรเจคเตอร์ สีดำมักจะไม่ดำจริง ตัวหนังสือบางๆ จะจางง่าย เราเลยเลือกธีมสไลด์ที่คอนทราสต์ชัด เน้นตัวอักษรหนา อ่านง่าย และไม่ใช้สีพาสเทลเยอะเกินไป 2) อัตราส่วนจอ 16:9 หรือ 4:3 สำคัญมาก หลายคนทำสไลด์ 16:9 แล้วไปเจอจอ 4:3 ทำให้สไลด์ถูกบีบ/มีขอบดำ หรือโดนตัดบางส่วน วิธีที่เราแก้คือทำสไลด์เป็น 16:9 เป็นหลัก แต่จัดวางเนื้อหาให้อยู่ “โซนกลาง” อย่าชิดขอบเกินไป และลอง Export เป็น PDF เผื่อไว้ (PDF มักแสดงผลนิ่งกว่า) 3) ความละเอียดและฟอนต์: กันตัวหนังสือแตก/เพี้ยน ถ้าใช้ฟอนต์แปลกๆ บางเครื่องจะเด้งเป็นฟอนต์อื่น ทำให้เลย์เอาต์พัง เราเลยใช้ฟอนต์มาตรฐาน (เช่น TH Sarabun/Prompt/Arial) และฝังฟอนต์ตอน Export เป็น PDF นอกจากนี้รูปที่แปะลงสไลด์ควรคมพอ (อย่างน้อย 1920px กว้างสำหรับภาพเต็มหน้า) ไม่งั้นขึ้นจอพรีเซนต์งานแล้วแตกเห็นชัดมาก 4) เช็คพอร์ตและสายต่อก่อนเวลา (สำคัญกว่าซ้อมอีกนิด) ไปถึงหน้างานให้ดูว่าเครื่องใช้ HDMI, USB-C หรือมีแค่ VGA เราพกหัวแปลง USB-C to HDMI และสายสำรองสั้นๆ ไว้ตลอด ถ้ามี pointer/laser ก็เช็คแบตด้วย เพราะบางทีต้องยืนไกลจอมาก กดเลื่อนสไลด์บนโน้ตบุ๊กไม่สะดวก 5) จอไม่ชัด/สีเพี้ยน ให้แก้แบบเร็วๆ ถ้าภาพออกเหลือง/ซีด เราจะลดการใช้สีที่ใกล้กัน (เช่น เหลืองอ่อนบนขาว) และใช้ “คีย์เวิร์ด” ใหญ่ๆ ตามแนว Be simple เน้นสื่อสารครบถ้วนมากกว่าความสวย ส่วนกราฟ/ตารางให้เพิ่มเส้นขอบและขยายตัวเลข เพราะบนจอพรีเซนต์งาน คนแถวหลังอ่านยากกว่าที่เราคิด 6) ทริคเล็กๆ ตอนพรีเซนต์ให้ไหลลื่น เราแบ่งเวลาแต่ละสไลด์ประมาณ 1–2 นาที เขียนสคริปต์แบบ bullet (ไม่เขียนยาวทั้งย่อหน้า) แล้วซ้อมออกเสียงวันละ 1 ชม. ช่วง 2 อาทิตย์ก่อนนำเสนอ พอขึ้นจริงถ้าตื่นเต้นก็ยังมี “คีย์เวิร์ดในสไลด์” ช่วยดึงกลับมาได้ สุดท้ายช่วง Q&A ถ้าฟังสำเนียงยาก เราจะขอให้เขาพูดซ้ำ/ช้าลงอย่างสุภาพ และทวนคำถามสั้นๆ ก่อนตอบ ช่วยลดการตอบผิดประเด็นมากๆ และถ้าตอบไม่ได้จริงๆ ก็โยนไป future work ได้ ไม่ต้องฝืนจนหลุดค่ะ
