Olive Garden copycat

🌟 Olive Garden Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo 🌟

Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) fettuccine or pasta of your choice

1/2 pound (225g) steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

1/2 cup beef broth

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh spinach

2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4️⃣ Combine and Serve:

Return the cooked pasta and steak to the skillet, tossing to coat them evenly with the Alfredo sauce. Add the chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, stirring to combine. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
