These 8 habits are my blueprint — to live with energy, integrity, and no regrets.

No more waiting. It’s time to:

✔ Move my body

✔ Eat like my future depends on it

... Read moreBuilding healthy habits in your 30s is critical to ensuring a vibrant, regret-free life at 70 and beyond. Incorporating regular exercise, as noted through methods like Sahil Bloom’s 30-for-30 technique—which entails sweating for 30 minutes daily for 30 days—can dramatically improve longevity and overall health. Exercise not only boosts physical fitness but also supports mental clarity and emotional well-being. Eating clean, focusing on foods that existed over 150 years ago, helps reduce processed items detrimental to long-term health. This ancestral approach promotes sustained energy and reduces the risk of chronic illness, making it easier to maintain an active lifestyle as you age. Maintaining close, meaningful friendships requires intentional effort but offers immense psychological benefits. Simple actions like texting a friend daily can strengthen social bonds and prevent loneliness. Prioritizing honest, open conversations—even when tough—helps reduce anxieties and builds deeper trust. Saving money wisely by targeting around 30% of your income prepares you for life's unexpected events and future needs. Automating deposits can simplify this discipline, alleviating financial stress over time. Writing regularly, such as journaling the first ideas that come to mind, is a powerful tool for mental clarity and personal growth. This practice enhances self-awareness and helps track progress toward goals. Collecting experiences rather than material items enriches life memories and fosters fulfillment. Adventures and meaningful travel create lasting joy and stories that define your unique journey. Surrounding yourself with high-frequency, high-performing individuals elevates your mindset and motivates continual self-improvement. These relationships encourage striving toward your best self. Adopting these habits now will shape a healthier, more energized, and purpose-driven person at 70—eliminating regrets and leaving a legacy of vitality and integrity.
