Cleopatra's Fan Step 3 Coming later today! Previously I starched starched and cut the fabric with my AccuQuilt Go for Cleopatra's Fan. Now I will glue baste my seams so the curves do not slip while sewing. Then, I will chain piece step 3 getting us closer to a completed quilt top! #

Sewing a Cleopatra's Fan. Step 2 - Pressing I am currently making 4 blocks of @AccuQuilt Cleopatra's Fan. I like to set the seams, open with my hand, amd press to the dark side. Now, we can set these aside and repeat it all over again tomorrow with step 3. #cleopatrasfan #quiltin

AccuQuilt Assembly Tip After I check the layout (see previous AccuQuilt tip), I glue my curved seams. I am using Odif 505 blue glue stick. I start at the center notch and work my way to the edges. I wipe up the glue until I can clean it off my work surface with just water. I then line up my notc

AccuQuilt Tip: When making one block, I leave the pieces on the BOB board, but when making multiple identical blocks, I like to label each piece or step after assembly starts. I was then able to chain piece my next three blocks. #accuquilt #tipsandtricks #AccuQuiltBuilt #cleopatrasfan
