Let’s make some Chilean empanadas 🇨🇱🥟

Ingredients:

•10” Empanada Disk

•Olive oil

•1 White onion

•5 Garlic cloves

•3 Eggs

•Ground beef

•Black olives

•Shredded cheese blend

•Vegetable oil

Set your eggs to boil while you mince garlic and onion finely, after you cook them down with olive oil for 5minutes, add your ground beef and season to liking with salt and pepper. Because we are cooking with so much onion and garlic you want the natural flavors to come out by simply adding salt and pepper to your meat, after your meat has browned and all the juices have absorbed your gonna turn the heat off and set to the side to cool down. While your beef is cooling down start pealing and dicing your eggs, lay out your disk !!!! ITS TIME TO ASSEMBLE !!!!

-Egg, Beef, Sprinkle of cheese, close and press down with fork- to a frying pan add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil & heat to med, once your oil is hot cook empanadas 2-3 minutes until golden or colored desired. Cut in half to cool down a bit and ENJOY !!!! 🇨🇱🥟
