Pan Amasado 🇨🇱♥️

Let’s make some delicious Pan Amasado ✨🥖🍞

Ingredients:

•3 Cups of flour

•2 TBSP of sugar

•1 teaspoon of salt

•1/4 cup of vegetable oil

•1 cup of warm water

•1 packet of yeast

Combine 1 cup of warm water with your 2 TBSP of sugar and 1 packet of yeast, let it rest for 10 minutes. While your yeast is setting in a bowl combine 3 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, after the 10 minutes pour your yeast into your flour and add half of the 1/4 cup of oil using your hands combine the mixture until dough begins to form, at this stage you will still have a lot of dry flour add the rest of the oil and mix for 2 more minutes. When dough is forming lightly dust counter with flour and begin to kneed for 5 minutes until your dough is spongy but firm ; (if your dough is sticky sprinkle flour and kneed for 2 more minutes) roll into one large loaf and with your index finger and thumb begin to squeeze same sized balls of dough, softly flatten them and place on baking sheet. Poke holes with fork and let them proof for 1 hour and 30 minutes, pre heat your oven to 400°, once your time is up your dough should have doubled in size, bake for 20minutes and enjoy with some coffee or as a sandwich ♥️.
