I tunjukkan diet yg i mkn dlm masa 1hr As a student, waktu sgt limited utk sediakan kan bekal. Breakfast kul10am i take 1karipap n 1 samosa. Kul2pm i take lunch, makanan yg i order (ns+ulam+ikan goreng+ sambal belacan), i just take half of rice. Then in my class, if i mengantuk i will take gree

Kul1:15 pm i ambil roti + jem kul6:20 pm i mkn suhun goreng + scramble egg As usual, if i craving mlm2, i will take green apple🍏or orange🍊 #keepstrongebudy💪🏻

Day 2 (6/9/2025) Kene kuat semangat sbb byk cobaan. Kul 2 pm, Mak ajak p kenuri, tp ni mknan yg i ambk semasa kenuri😋😋😋 Stiap hr i try utk start mkn kul 1 lbh sbb i buat IF sama😁 utk mlm if i craving something, i will take green apple and last meal before 8pm✌🏻

Day 1 ( 5/9/2025) Utk first day i chill2 ja dlu sbb xmau perut i short dgn diet.. Kul2 pm i mkn roti + jem, karipap kul7 pm i mkn bihun + keropok i will take meal before 8pm and i spare apple hijau if i craving mlm2 Not try to hard, juz chill2✌🏻
