To perform the exercise described in the OCR, begin by exhaling as you use your core to lift yourself up while simultaneously moving your legs. Ensure your movements are controlled to maintain balance and avoid injury. Then, inhale as you lower yourself back down to the starting position. Repeat this movement for 10 repetitions and aim for 3 sets to fully engage your core. Incorporating variations and increasing repetitions over time can enhance overall results. Remember to always listen to your body and modify exercises as needed based on your fitness level. As you become more comfortable, consider integrating other core-focused routines to build a well-rounded fitness program.
