Happy. Distressed.
....
No one on the "always good" side for life.
And no one is "forever bad" either.

Some things that make us suffer
Maybe not because it's too bad.
But maybe because we "tried to force"
Let it be what the heart wants too much.

People of this era are easily tired.
Because it takes both expectations
Competition
Other people's words
Including comparing yourself to life on the daily feed page.
Until forgetting that...
Life doesn't have to be complete.
Can be happy
The Buddha taught that
"Acceptance of the truth."
Is the beginning of emissions.
Letting go doesn't mean not feeling it.
But to understand that
Some things... we're really out of control.
And once accepted,
The heart will gradually lighten itself.
If you're disappointed today,
Sorry.
Or tired of some things.
Don't rush to blame yourself.
You're just being a human being.
With a strong day.
And the same exhausted days.
Embrace yourself
Take some rest.
You can cry.
I'm tired.
But slowly taking care of your heart again is enough.
