Oral Hygiene
The first thing I notice on people are their teeth when I’m talking to them.
I’ve always been big on oral hygiene, even as a kid. My mom would say why do you have to brush for ten minutes 😂
Tips I have for keeping up your oral hygiene are to replace your toothbrush often, like every 3 to 4 months. If you’re like me you can do it more often than that.
Always brush twice a day, morning and night. Think about all the things you’ve eaten during the day. Brushing at night, you’ll feel a difference in the morning as well.
Always floss don’t leave food in your teeth, it can stink really bad for those who have bad oral hygiene. I recommend water pick floss, it works wonders.
Tongue scrapper, get that gunk off of your tongue and use mouthwash.
Also your tongue will also tell you things about your body. Eat healthy, drink water and take your vitamins it all makes a difference.

Maintaining good oral hygiene is essential for preventing dental issues and promoting overall health. Regular practices such as replacing your toothbrush every 3 to 4 months ensures that your teeth have the best chance of being cleaned effectively. Remember to brush twice daily for at least two minutes each time. Additionally, daily flossing helps to remove food particles and plaque build-up, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. The inclusion of a tongue scraper and mouthwash in your routine can further enhance your oral hygiene by eliminating bacteria and freshening breath. A healthy diet, rich in vitamins and minerals, supports oral health; drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and keep your mouth hydrated. With these habits in place, you can maintain not only a radiant smile but also boost your confidence and well-being!
