👅 What does the roasting level taste like?

Light Roast Coffee

If we choose soft roasted coffee, we would expect that coffee to have a slightly higher "sour"! The taste will be more fruity, floral, or complex, but the body concentration of coffee may be lighter than you think!

Medium Roast Coffee

The middle roasted coffee is in the middle of the soft roast and the dark roast. The taste is more balanced. The body may be a little higher than the soft roast, drinking and feeling more full, but retaining the sour and thin aroma!

Dark Roast Coffee

If you choose dark roasted coffee, we would expect it to have very little or almost no sour! It will taste bitter and dark and may smell smoky, nuts, chocolate. But what most people misunderstand is that dark roasted coffee has the most bodies!
