GUT FRIENDLY BREAKFAST 🍴

This breakfast is one of my favorite’s to make as it’s nutritious and filling! 🥹

💌 SPINACH AND CHEESE EGGS - I first add a handful of spinach into the pan and let it wilt. Then i crack two eggs on top, adding salt and pepper and then covering for a minute. Once the egg is almost fully cooked I sprinkle a little cashew cheese ( trust me it’s phenomenal ) and let sit for a few seconds before plating!

💌 AVOCADO- I slice half an avo and top with a little olive oil and everything but the bagel seasoning!💰Price:

💌 ARUGULA SALAD - I take a handful or two or arugula into a bowl. I dress it with Balsamic glaze and the juice of 1/4 lemon!

💌DAVES KILLWR BREAD- Packed with protein and fiber!

💌STRAWBERRY ICED MATCHA LATTE - I prepare my glass of ice and add my almond milk. Then, I pour my matcha on top and stir it in until well combined! Afterwards, I blend a little bit of heavy cream, vanilla sugar free creamer, and strawberries in a blender. I pour that over top and mix again! THIS IS THE BEST DRINK COMBO EVER!!!
