Fueling during running is one of the most important things when it comes to improvement and endurance. Here are a few of my absolute favorite gels that I use. I look for gels that have a higher carb concentration for longer runs (10-20 miles) and higher sugar gels for shorter (6-10 mile) runs. What works best for you?
