Grocery haul 100lbs down

I try to eat 100g+ of protein a day and these are some of my fav things that make that easy!! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the calories a

All the meals today was so quick, easy, tastyyyy, and for the most part- healthy. I calculated the calories in all of my meals using the appediet app- where I can take a picture of my food, scan the barcode on the back of my packages, or type it in manually to keep track of my intake. Breakfast
