how I grew my hair✨

so many people have been asking me this question so I thought that I would give you some insight. It’s not a tutorial or anything of the sort but this is what I noticed worked for me as my hair took about 2 1/2 to three years to grow. I stopped using heat of all kinds even blow drying and I also did stop getting haircuts yes, I know that’s controversial. I also wash my hair every 4-5 days!

I also do let it get wet when I go into the ocean, which I feel the nutrients also has helped.
