I’m glad you asked. Times like this means something serious could be on the rise. 1. Observe them? How are they walking? How long have they been in the same spot. 2.Offer assistance: Do you want me to wash the dishes tonight hun? 3. Be Gentle: our bodies are scientifically fighting us..it’s way bigger than mental. 5. Be grateful and don’t judge their process. When in times of flare Be grateful that you don’t have it, and help someone who does.

Im sure there’s some love language they speak but I’m simply speaking in preference to common Lupus things that the Lupus warriors 👩🏾‍🎤need.

HOW DOES DOING ❤️ALL OF THOSE THINGS HELP THEM?

When actions (such as listed above) take place it releases pressure, stress, anxiety, loneliness, etc which in turn should have a positive effect on your Loved Luppie💜 and that translates to a shorter flare. So ya know what means? Cue “Love is in the air” music🤣
