In addition to skating, I've incorporated Pilates into my routine, which focuses on core strength, flexibility, and mindful breathing. Pilates has significantly improved my posture and helped me become more aware of my body’s needs, fostering a deeper connection with myself. It’s amazing how controlled movements can bring so much relaxation and strength. DIY projects at home have also played a crucial role in my self-love journey. Creating and personalizing things around my living space boosts my creativity and gives me a sense of accomplishment. Whether it’s crafting small decorations or organizing a room, these simple acts turn my house into a sanctuary that reflects who I truly am.
