Healthier Meals don’t have to be boring 🥱

All you need are :

6 Chicken Legs

3-4 cups Chicken Broth

1/2 of a Yellow Onion

1 1/2 cup of Rice of your choice

Olive Oil

Butter

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

Clean your chicken & remove the skin. Pat dry, drizzle with olive oil, & season with your choice of seasonings but be sure the chicken is seasoned.

Chop your onion into half moons and assemble at the bottom of a cast iron skillet. Place chicken on top, add a small pat of butter on each piece of chicken, & bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes add chicken add chicken broth to the skillet and add the rice to pan. be sure that the rice is submerged into the broth. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the rice and legs are completely cooked. Pair with your Favorite Veggie & Enjoy. I hope you enjoy this recipe 🥰
