私が行って「ここは事前に知っておくと満足度が上がる!」と思ったポイントを補足します。初めての方の“シェフズ ライブ キッチン レビュー”として参考になればうれしいです。 まず、このビュッフェの一番の魅力は「ビュッフェなのに出来立てを味わえる」ライブ感。ローストビーフはシェフが目の前でカットしてくれるので、タイミングが合うと切りたての温度感でいただけます。私は最初の一皿を軽めにして、ライブ系(ローストビーフ/鉄板焼き/寿司/天ぷらなど)を優先的に回るのが正解でした。料理を取り過ぎると、せっかくの出来立てが入る余白がなくなるので要注意です。 「シェフズ ライブ キッチン メニュー」が気になる方へ。季節フェアで内容は変わりますが、ライブ提供の代表格はローストビーフや鉄板焼き系、デザートだと“しぼりたて”系(私の回は洋栗モンブラン)が強い印象。モンブランは出来たてのふわっと感が別格で、デザートの中でも満足度が高かったので、食後ではなく“中盤に1回挟む”くらいでも良いと思います。 ランチビュッフェかディナーで迷う場合、私は「どの料理を主役にしたいか」で選ぶのがおすすめ。しっかり食事メインで肉や海鮮を堪能したいならディナー寄り、サラダや軽めも含めてバランス良く楽しむならランチも満足しやすいです。実際、サラダやカップ前菜が取りやすくて見た目もきれいに盛れるので、写真を撮りたい人にも向いていました。 席の雰囲気は、オープンキッチンでにぎやかさがありつつ、ホテルらしく落ち着きもあります。レインボーブリッジ方面が見える席だと気分が上がるので、予約時に希望を添えるのもアリ。竹芝駅直結でアクセスも良く、デートや女子会で「移動のストレスが少ない」のも地味に高ポイントでした。 最後に、“お得感満載”に感じたコツ。ドリンクを付けるか・時間帯のプラン差・予約サイトの特典で体感が変わるので、予約前にプラン内容(飲み物の有無、滞在時間、フェア内容)を確認しておくと安心です。私自身、次回もフェアが変わるタイミングでリピートしたいと思えるホテルビュッフェでした。
