Make it a habit to put new stickers away into their designated categories as soon as you get them. Labeling is absolutely crucial; clear labels on your binders, boxes, or even those individual cards will save you so much time. Every few months, do a quick "sticker audit" to see if anything needs to be re-categorized or if you've accumulated enough new ones to warrant a new category.
