Next 14 Cycle!!!

New weight log in 230lbs 🍾

Finished my first 14days of working out and now on my second round.😊

I decided to break my workout days into cycles 🔁 (that’s 14days) just to encourage myself that there an end and I’m getting there 💪

... Read moreStarting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, but breaking it down into smaller, manageable cycles like 14 days provides a clear structure and sense of accomplishment. From my experience, setting goals for each cycle helps maintain motivation and momentum. During my first 14-day cycle, I focused on a variety of exercises including stretches, squats, shoulder raises, curls to front raises, reverse lunges, gorilla rows, kettlebell swings, abs & knee tucks, cable rows, and treadmill runs. This mix challenges different muscle groups and keeps the routine dynamic and engaging. I’ve noticed that logging my weight regularly, such as reaching 230 lbs in this phase, gives tangible evidence of progress, reinforcing motivation. The key is consistency and celebrating small wins every two weeks to avoid burnout. For anyone looking to start or sustain a workout routine, try breaking it into cycles that have defined start and end dates. This approach makes the journey feel less daunting while allowing you to track improvements in both strength and endurance over time. Remember, fitness is a gradual process, and these cycles are a great way to stay disciplined and positive throughout your weight loss or strength-building journey. In addition, pairing workouts with healthy habits such as stretching before exercise and incorporating cardio like treadmill running can amplify results and improve overall fitness. Keep your workouts varied and enjoy the process of progressively improving your health and well-being.
