Communicate with your service provider 🖤

Obviously emergencies happen!

But this is why it is so important to communicate with your service provider. If you can not make it to your appointment, even if it’s only 5 minutes before your start time. Message me! I am understanding and accommodating. It’s when nothing is communicated to me that it becomes an issue. You agree to the No Show/ Last Minute cancellation fee everytime you book your appointment.

Why does this matter? Simply because I could have filled that slot with someone who was trying to get in. And by not showing up I am just sitting and wasting a chunk of time.

If you are a first time client who no shows your appointment and your card does not go thru for the fee, you are immediately blocked from booking until that fee is paid. Now, if an emergency happened and you text me a bit after and let me know, you will be unblocked and allowed to book. It’s just all about communication. I make sure to communicate (often overly) with my clients and I just ask that you do the same for me 🖤🖤🖤

This policy is not a punitive measure but rather a means to ensure respect for both the service provider's time and commitment to client service. Overall, maintaining open lines of communication is beneficial for both parties, ensuring smooth interactions and a more satisfying appointment experience for everyone involved. Whether you’re a seasoned client or new to a service, establishing a good communication practice can lead to exceptional service and trust.
