Starting my Fitness Journey (again)

So my husband and I decided that we would start the gym today.. & we did!💪🏽

Honestly, I’ve been making EVERY excuse to NOT go so this was a huge step for me. Tomorrow I’ve decided to start ✨ 75 SOFT ✨ while doing low carb/keto.

Now I’ve done keto before and lost 40 pounds so I’m excited to start again and commit to the process. I’ve decided to post my FULL body pics and live in my truth of where I’m at physically. 🥹
