What I eat in a day
This is just a quick recap of what I ate yesterday. I try to keep my diet, high protein, and low-carb, low sugar. As much as I love eating out, I’m trying to eat at home, cooking, finding easy to make meals. What has helped me the most is buying a lot of frozen food. I buy unseasoned, frozen veggies, frozen fruits, and frozen meats. I know myself and I know I like to keep myself busy so buy him fresh meat and fresh produce will not be beneficial for me. I don’t like wasting food, so busying frozen helps me eat and cook when I’m ready. Also, the air fryer is my best friend. I just started using my air fryer a few months ago, and it’s the best invention in the world. Also, I have a rice maker with a steamer. After work, I like to season my meat, put it in the air fryer. I then cook my rice in the cooker, veggies to the steam tray. And BOOM! 10 minutes done. Gives me time to take a quick shower before I eat. I suck at keeping track of my macros.
