Puff Pastry with Camembert and Pear

Ingredients:

• Camembert cheese

• Blue cheese

• Pear

• Puff pastry (I used @Trader Joe’s)

• Pistachios

• Honey

Instructions:

1. Slice the pear and Camembert cheese.

2. Lay out the whole sheet of puff pastry.

3. Arrange the Camembert and pear slices alternately on top of the pastry.

4. Add some blue cheese and sprinkle crushed pistachios over everything.

5. Transfer the pastry to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

6. Drizzle with honey once baked.
