What I eat in a day✨
As a stay at home mom it’s hard to make sure I actually get in full meals, but today was pretty casual and slow going so I was able to keep track!
• For breakfast I always try to get in my protein, that way I don’t go into the day tired and laggy.
• I don’t typically eat big lunches, but I knew the leftovers would get wasted if somebody didn’t eat them😂
• Aaaand for supper, I didn’t really know what I was gonna make, but then I remembered I had cooked chicken that also needed used up😁
