Sustainable 75 day hard
I have some problems with the regular 75 day hard. It is not sustainable. Even if you do your 2 workouts a day and never break a diet and make it through the entire thing, you are not going to continue that way after. I also think it’s unrealistic to have time for two workouts a day as well as cons
