✨ Toppings : Ground Flax seeds , Honey, Ground Cloves & Cinnamon .
🥛 Fresh Hemp Milk : I make my own , the brand I use from Trader Joe’s. Soak them for about 30 mins +. Blend w. Spring water & cheese cloth strain .
I take soursop capsules & seamoss after with some green milk 💛
