3 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)

½ tsp celery salt

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp thyme

¼ tsp turmeric (for color)

1 tsp sugar

Seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

5 tbsp lard (or butter/oil)

Instructions:

Veggies, oil and spice on bottom

Chicken on top of veggies

A little paprika and turmeric on top of chicken

Cover it

350°F for 1.5 hour

Remove cover

400°F for 30 minutes
