The doughnut is light, fluffy, unlike any other doughnut taste that has been tried. The shop promotes that the dough is made of SourDough, which, when tasting, is really different. ☺️ not oiled. Very worthy to try.

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “Pralet donut” หรืออยากรู้ว่า “Pralet donut Bangkok” อร่อยจริงไหม เรามาเล่าให้ละเอียดขึ้นแบบคนสั่งกินจริงค่ะ (เป็นโดนัทสี่เหลี่ยมที่เห็นแล้วอยากหยิบเลย กล่องนึงคือคุ้มกับการลองมาก) จุดเด่นที่รู้สึกต่างจากโดนัททั่วไปคือแป้งเขาเบาและฟู แต่ไม่ใช่ฟูนุ่มแบบเค้กนะ จะมีความหนึบเล็กๆตามสไตล์ซาวร์โดว์ พอกัดแล้วไม่รู้สึกมันเยิ้ม ไม่ค่อยอมน้ำมัน ทำให้กินได้เรื่อยๆแบบไม่เลี่ยน ใครเคยเจอโดนัทที่หวานจัดหรือมันจัด น่าจะถูกใจแนวนี้ ใครกำลังจะสั่งครั้งแรก แนะนำให้เริ่มจากรส Burnt Butter ก่อน เพราะเป็นรสที่ทำให้เข้าใจคาแรกเตอร์ร้านได้ดีที่สุด ความหวานกำลังดี เคลือบน้ำผึ้งหอมๆ กินเพลิน และไม่หนักท็อปปิ้งเกินไป จากนั้นค่อยไปสายเข้มอย่าง Hot Girls Matcha (มัทฉะเข้มจริง ไม่ใช่หวานนำ) หรือ Triple Chocolate Crunch ที่ช็อกโกแลตชัดมาก แต่ยังไม่หวานเลี่ยน ส่วน Pistachio Raspberry คือรสที่มีมิติ เพราะได้ความมันของครีมพิสตาชิโอ ตัดด้วยแยมราสเบอร์รี่เปรี้ยวนิดๆ แล้วมีท็อปกรุบๆแนวดูไบช็อกโกแลต/คูนาฟา ทำให้เคี้ยวสนุก เหมาะกับคนชอบทั้งหวานและเปรี้ยวในคำเดียว เรื่องการสั่ง: ร้านมีสาขาเอกมัย และสุขุมวิท 34 และสามารถสั่งใน Grab ได้ (ราคาออนไลน์อาจบวกเพิ่มจากหน้าร้านเล็กน้อย) ถ้าอยากได้รสครบๆหรือไม่อยากเจอของหมด แนะนำกดสั่งช่วงใกล้เวลา restock ที่ทางร้านมักมีรอบประมาณ 11:00 และ 15:00 เพราะบางวันฮิตมากจนต้องแย่งกันจริงๆ ทริคเล็กๆตอนกินให้อร่อยขึ้น: ถ้าโดนัทมาเย็น ลองอุ่นนิดเดียวให้แป้งนุ่มและกลิ่นเนย/ช็อกโกแลตเด่นขึ้น (แต่อย่าอุ่นนานจนครีมละลาย) แล้วกินคู่ชาหรือกาแฟดำจะบาลานซ์ความหวานได้ดีมาก โดยรวมแล้ว ถ้าจะถามว่า “Pralet donut รีวิว” แบบสรุปคือ ควรลองสักครั้ง โดยเฉพาะคนชอบโดนัทแป้งดีๆแนวซาวร์โดว์ ไม่หนัก ไม่มัน และมีรสให้เลือกหลายสไตล์
