Strawberry Jam Oatmeal Bars
These were such a big hit at Bible study today!! So simple + yummy.
You'll need:
1.5c oats
1.5c flour
10tbsp cut up cold butter
1c brown sugar
1tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
9oz jam (I used homemade strawberry butter)
knead everything together besides the jam. Spread just enough dough mixture to cover the bottom of a 9x9 pan and pat it in. Spread the jam across then gently pat the rest of the dough on top. Bake at 350 for 45ish min. Let cool before cutting to form bars.
