I'm Gen X.
On social days, there are many Gen.
And every Gen is different because it's grown up!!
Today, let's share an idea from your own real P.D.!
Because he grew up from a "big family."

⏺️ 1. Listen more than talk. ✅
No matter what Gen you talk to, "listen carefully."
Is the key. Each Gen has a different perspective.
Listen, understand, think along! Because being a "good listener"
Always charming!!!With everyone. Every Gen!
⏺️ 2. Choose the language that suits each Gen. ✅
For example, talking to your grandchildren during Gen Z in modern language.
Concise, too informal, some languages are like
Hey, can you like this? 😅😂
Talking to Gen Y grandchildren won't be far apart.
The tone is friendly. Feel the junior friend.
Talk to Gen Baby Boomer.
This age may be different, polite, clear.
And honor his experience.
⏺️ 3. Find a common point, not a different point. ✅
Don't just look at "Gen is probably talking about."
Don't rush to conclusions, judge!
But focus on "What do we have in common?"
For example, work goals, learning preferences.
Or always an evolvable view of life.
⏺️ 4. Understand the context of each generation ✅.
Each Jane Gen person through the world is not the same.
So different ways of thinking, working and communicating!
Understanding the basics here first helps us communicate exactly.
And not accidentally "summary & judge" the other!!
⏺️ 5. Flexible and open-minded ✅
There's no fixed formula for talking to different people, Gen.
The important thing is to be adaptive, flexible and open-minded, learn from each other.
Because perhaps "different Gen" can teach us more than we think!

It's our attitude and our understanding.
