El aguacate le da ese toque cremoso y el huevo proteína, así que es perfecto para desayuno o almuerzo ligero. Además, es una opción que puedes hacer en minutos cuando no quieres cocinar mucho pero igual quieres algo nutritivo.

Definitivamente este tipo de comidas son mis favoritas cuando quiero algo balanceado pero con buen sabor 😌✨
