before you spend money on ovulation tests, make sure you know these 3 things ⬇️

✨ OPKs don’t confirm ovulation, they only measure LH levels to PREDICT ovulation. if you're not sure if you're actually ovulating, LH strips might cause confusion or frustration.

✨ your LH surge can look different every cycle (gradual rise or quick spike). it may take some trial to find your LH peak.

✨ the best window to test is 10am–8pm, not first morning urine. if you're never seeing a positive OPK try testing morning and afternoon/evening.
