In Chiang Mai, where the weather is a little sleepy, it would be nice to get a cup of coffee, so we turned into the alley next to Ford NCPO to find a place to rest. The Taste store on the street appeared in a simple atmosphere, not a whiz, but when the door was opened, the first scented coffee smell was like welcome. The sound of a soft grinder and a big wooden table in the middle of the store that invited someone to sit down.
In the shop, he is decorated with fresh colored flowers, alternating with strange looks, making the atmosphere not too smooth, colorful, suitable for sitting and talking to friends, or sitting around and letting go of the day.
I think Taste is a place where if someone comes through the back of the NCPO and wants to find a chill seat, a nice coffee, a friendly price, this place is an easy answer that doesn't need to be thought about.

ใครกำลังหาร้าน Taste / Taste Cafe Chiang Mai แล้วอยากรู้ว่าบรรยากาศจริง ๆ เป็นยังไง เราว่าจุดเด่นของที่นี่คือ “ความสบายตา” แบบไม่ต้องพยายาม ร้านไม่ได้ตกแต่งแน่น ๆ แต่มีรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ ที่ทำให้ดูอบอุ่น เช่น ดอกไม้สีสดที่วางตามมุมต่าง ๆ คู่กับพรรณไม้แปลก ๆ และพื้นปูนเปลือยที่ทำให้ภาพรวมดูมินิมอลกำลังดี ถ่ายรูปออกมาโทนสวยแบบธรรมชาติ ไม่ต้องแต่งเยอะก็รอด ถ้าใครชอบนั่งยาว ๆ ในร้านกาแฟ ที่นี่มีหลายมุมให้เลือกเลย เราชอบโต๊ะไม้ตัวใหญ่กลางร้านเป็นพิเศษ เพราะนั่งรวมกับเพื่อนได้ หรือถ้ามาคนเดียวก็เหมาะกับการนั่งอ่านหนังสือ/พกโน้ตบุ๊กมาทำงาน (ฟีล co-working เบา ๆ) อีกมุมที่เราว่าน่านั่งคือริมหน้าต่าง แสงเข้าดี มีต้นไม้ช่วยบังให้รู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัว เหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้ความเงียบ ๆ เพื่อโฟกัส อีกอย่างที่ประทับใจคือโซนบาร์กาแฟ เห็นบาริสต้าชงอยู่หลังเคาน์เตอร์แล้วเพลินมาก เสียงเครื่องบดกับกลิ่นกาแฟทำให้บรรยากาศ “คาเฟ่จริงจัง” ขึ้นมาทันที ใครเป็นสายกาแฟ ลองคุยกับพี่ ๆ ที่ร้านได้เลย บางวันจะเห็นถุงเมล็ดกาแฟวางอยู่หลายแบบ ทำให้รู้สึกว่าร้านตั้งใจกับกาแฟพอสมควร เรื่องการเดินทาง ถ้าอยู่โซนหลัง มช. แถวซอยสุเทพ แวะมาง่ายมาก (หน้าร้านจะดูร่มรื่น มีต้นไม้เยอะ) เราแนะนำให้มาช่วงเช้าหรือบ่ายต้น ๆ จะได้เลือกมุมที่ชอบ และแสงถ่ายรูปก็สวยกว่าช่วงเย็นนิดนึง สรุปสำหรับคนที่เสิร์ชหารูปภาพของ Taste Cafe หรือกำลังชั่งใจว่าควรแวะไหม: ถ้าชอบคาเฟ่บรรยากาศอบอุ่น นั่งสบาย มีโต๊ะไม้ใหญ่ ๆ ดอกไม้สีสด และความเขียวของต้นไม้แบบผ่อนคลาย ร้านนี้เป็นอีกร้านที่ “ผ่านแล้วอยากแวะซ้ำ” จริง ๆ
