MD213 - cardiovascular & respiratory system ðŸŦ€ðŸŦðŸ”Ž

ðŸŦ€ we have finished studying heart block and cardiac tract. We just finished the exam yesterday. Compared to the previous block (musculoskeletal system), this block will focus more on physiology and practice studies such as pressure measurement and spirometry, but there are histology, gross anatomy, pathology as before.

ðŸŦ This block, gross anatomy, dissection of the heart and lungs, is much lighter than the last block that needs to remember a lot of muscles in the body, but we feel that histology is secretly challenging because we have to differentiate between small / medium / large arteries & veins, arterioles, venules, vasa vasorum before entering histology lab, so we have to review the characteristics of each vein regularly. We make a lot of flash cards.

ðŸĄ We really like reading at the cafe. During the exam, we go to Starbucks often because we like the atmosphere + toffee nut latte menu is really delicious 😭 and there's VE / LA at the central embassy. The view from the co-working space is great ~
