In my trusting god & self love era 💕

Stepping into my 'IN MY TRUSTING GOD ERA' has been a game-changer, and it all started with a simple challenge: replace every complaint with gratitude. It sounds easy, but it requires a conscious shift, a real commitment to cultivating a state of gratitude. What I’ve learned is that this isn't just about feeling good in the moment; it's about deeply strengthening my faith and my relationship with myself. When I first heard the idea in my Bible study group, I was skeptical. Could simply thanking God really change my perspective? The answer, I've found, is a resounding yes. It’s like a muscle you have to train. Every time I catch myself about to grumble about something small, I pause and actively search for a blessing, no matter how tiny. This practice has truly opened my eyes to the abundance around me and solidified my trust in the strength of God's love and His plan for me. It's not about ignoring difficulties, but about believing that even through them, there is grace and purpose. This journey has also highlighted the importance of shared passion. Being part of a community, like my 'Her growth corner' Bible study group, where we uplift each other and share our spiritual insights, makes a huge difference. Knowing others are on a similar path, striving for deeper faith and genuine gratitude, creates a powerful support system. We might be on independent paths in our personal lives, but our shared spiritual goals connect us, offering encouragement when doubts creep in or when it’s hard to see the good. It’s a beautiful reminder that while our individual walks with God are unique, we don't walk them alone. To really make this gratitude era stick, I've started incorporating a few daily habits. First, a gratitude journal where I jot down at least three things I'm thankful for each night. Second, starting my day with a moment of prayer, specifically thanking God for waking me up and for the day ahead, rather than immediately thinking about my to-do list. And third, intentionally seeking out positive interactions and content. This consistent effort helps maintain that state of gratitude, reinforcing my trust in God and nurturing that crucial self-love. It’s amazing how these small shifts can transform your entire outlook and empower you to navigate life's ups and downs with a more peaceful and thankful heart.
