Unlearning the “Standard Advice” to Build a Life I Actually Love ☁️✨

Growing up, I was given a roadmap that just doesn’t lead to where I want to go anymore. Anyone else feel that shift? 🙋‍♂️

I spent years following the "rules" until I realized they were keeping me tired, stagnant, and settling for "average" health. Here are the 3 big ones I'm officially leaving behind:

1️⃣ "Water is just water" — I used to think this until I realized that the quality of what I drink is the literal foundation of my energy and cellular health. 💧

2️⃣ "Play it safe" — In 2026, the biggest risk is not having a plan for your own financial freedom.

3️⃣ "Work harder, not smarter" — Hard work is a must, but leverage is the key to actually owning your time.

That’s why I chose high-ticket affiliate marketing. It’s the intersection of high-level wellness and a business model that actually rewards your impact. 🌊📈

Want to see the full breakdown and the "behind-the-scenes" of how this works?

🎥 TikTok: @paccertaylor — I just posted a TikTok breaking down these 3 lies and how I’m changing the narrative.

📸 Instagram: @paccertaylor — Check my "Upgrade" highlight to see the science and the community we're building.

I'm sharing the exact blueprint I'm using to improve my health and my bank account simultaneously. Let's level up together! ✨

... Read moreWhen I first started questioning the "standard advice" I was given, it felt like stepping into unknown territory. Many times, we accept lifelong beliefs without realizing they might be outdated or counterproductive. For example, considering water as "just water" overlooks how impurities or lack of minerals can affect our energy and cellular functions. Upgrading to higher-quality water made a noticeable difference in my daily vitality and mental clarity. Similarly, "playing it safe" in finances often means ignoring opportunities to build lasting wealth. In today's rapidly changing economy, having a strategic plan for financial freedom, including exploring avenues like high-ticket affiliate marketing, can offer both flexibility and impactful income. Leveraging smarter work methods instead of simply harder work has also allowed me to reclaim time and focus on what matters most. Embracing these shifts isn’t always easy; it requires unlearning deeply ingrained habits and mindsets. What helped me was engaging with communities that promote growth mindset and lifestyle design while documenting my own journey, which kept me accountable and inspired. If you’re ready to challenge the conventional roadmap and create both thriving health and financial success, start by questioning one "rule" today and seek evidence-based alternatives that align with your true goals.

Unhealthy things I am unlearning as a mom 🌸
Being a good mom is my top priority. 1. Punishing emotions. I will not get my daughter in trouble for yelling at me, crying, or anything else. If you were crying and somebody told you you have no reason to be, or that they’ll give you a reason to cry, how would you feel? Worse? 2. Shaming.

How Men Actually Decide If You’re WORTH IT 💎 (Most Women Get This Wrong)
This isn’t about being “pretty enough” or “good enough.” The truth is, men don’t decide your value based on your looks or your words — they decide it based on your standards, behavior, and self-respect. If you have to beg for love, chase someone to stay, or tolerate disrespect just to be chosen…

- Unlearning Toxic Love 🧼🦋
Coming out of a toxic relationship seriously messes with how you view love. I remember being in something that constantly had me questioning myself, walking on eggshells, and thinking that chaos meant love. So when I got into a healthy (current) relationship, it didn’t feel “normal” at first.
