Who likes leg day? I’m not a fan. I truly believe I’ve always had strong legs. When I do a leg day I rarely feel challenged - maybe I’m being cocky. Today was a challenge because the trainer had us do a burnout - which meant we had 5 moves / 5 rounds / 10 reps (to be clear - that’s 50 reps total!)
