Weird/lesser known symptoms?

I know we all have the fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, and constantly being cold. But do you have any lesser known symptoms? My tongue feels like it's too big for my mouth, which my quick Google search says is a symptom of hypothyroidism.

If you have Hashimotos for sure check out anxiety meds options. That’s my resort. Doctors ignore my anxiety and say to adjust my meds. I do that, and I swear I feel worse. My anxiety is worse too because I have PTSD.
