You should have
- Mushrooms (I buy this in Asia Market)
- Laab seasoning (if you don’t have you can make it by using => Lime, Sugar, Fish Sauce, Chili Powder, Roasted Rice Powder)
- Red Onion
- Green Onion
- Cilantro
How to make
- Cut the mushrooms and washed it
- Cut the red onions, green onions and cilantro
- boiled the mushrooms and when cooked put it on the bowl
- put the Laab Seasoning in the Big bowl and then put the cooked mushrooms, red onion, green onion, and cilantro
And mixed together
- put on the plate (you can eat with Lettuce or Cucumber)
