... Read moreFrom my own experience, embracing the concept that abundance is our birthright has truly transformed my mindset and approach to life. Growing up, I was conditioned to believe that money and success had to be painfully earned, often tied to struggle and sacrifice. But when I started exploring spiritual teachings about how we are meant to have access to everything we want without fear or worry, it opened new doors for me. One powerful realization is that society and systems often impose limits on resources and opportunities, making us feel we must constantly fight or pay for basic needs like healthcare, quality food, and shelter. However, shifting to a mentality that these essentials—and beyond—are naturally ours helps reduce stress and encourages creative thinking about abundance. I experienced this most clearly when learning from a business coach who integrated spirituality into entrepreneurship. Instead of focusing solely on grinding to earn income, we discussed aligning with the universal truth that we are worthy of having our desires fulfilled. This doesn't mean ignoring practical realities, but rather balancing the outer hustle with an inner knowing that abundance flows to us effortlessly when we believe in it. Additionally, acknowledging that spiritual well-being is deeply connected to material provisions invites us to advocate for systems that support universal access—like better healthcare and food security—for all. This perspective can fuel positive personal and social change. In daily life, practicing gratitude for what we already have and visualizing the life we want reinforces this belief. It’s about reclaiming the mindset that prosperity is not limited or reserved for a few but is a birthright available to everyone willing to embrace it fully.

Does birth control reduce our sexiness?
Hear me out… out of all the stages in our menstrual cycle ovulation is the one where we not only feel the sexiest, but look the sexiest. Our bodies are the strongest, our hair falls the best, our skin looks the best, and this is all a biological way of us attracting a man for reproduction. Ovul
