The layout shows the main components of the car. The main systems are Suspension System - Front Assembly and Clutch System.
1.Front suspension system (first picture)
This system serves to support the weight, impact, and control the turning direction of the vehicle.
• Strut Assembly (Shock Absorber and Spring Kit): Acting for impact lining from the road floor, it consists of Coil Spring (Coiled Spring) and Strut / Shock Absorber (Shock Absorber).
• Control Arms (Pinion): Available in both upper (Upper) and lower (Lower) styles, it serves to hold the wheels to the car body and keep the wheel movement constant.
• Ball Joint (prostate): A pivot point that allows the pinion and turn system to move freely.
• Steering Knuckle (Horse Neck): The main piece that holds the hub, brakes and connects to the turning system.
• Rack & Pinion (Steering Rack Kit): Change the rotational force from the steering wheel to the left-right movement to turn the wheel, with Tie Rod End (Rack End Ball) as the transmitter.
• Sway Bar / Stabilizer Bar (Stabilizer Steel): Reduces the tilt of the car body while cornering.
• CV Axle / Drive Shaft (Drive Shaft): Transmit power from the gear to the wheels to keep the car moving.
2.Clutch system (second image)
This system is located in the manual transmission car, performing the cutting and power extension from the engine to the transmission system.
• Flywheel (Power Stocking Wheel): A large steel plate attached to the engine. It is the first contact surface area of the clutch system.
• Clutch Disc / Friction Plate (Clutch Plate): A plate with friction material (Friction Lining) serves to receive torque from the Flywheel to the gear axis.
• Pressure Plate (Clutch Comb): Serves to press the clutch plate to stick to the Flywheel when we release the clutch pedal.
• Release Bearing (Clutch Ball Bearing): When we step on the clutch, this ball bearing goes to press on the Diaphragm Spring (Plate Spring) of the clutch comb to lift the contact off, cutting the power transmission.
• Hydraulic System: Contains the Master Cylinder (upper pump mother at the pedal) and the Slave Cylinder (lower pump mother at the gear set), acting to send oil pressure to press the clutch set.
Clutch System Flow:
1.Step on the Clutch Pedal
2. Pressure sent to Master Cylinder
3. Oil flows along the line to the Slave Cylinder.
4. The lower pump mother pushes the clutch bearing to press the clutch comb.
5. The power from the engine is cut from the transmission, making the gear change gently.
