Churros

So I made churros on my day off today.

Recipe I followed the batter was too runny so I had to adjust

2cups flour

1cup water

2tablespoons sugar(more if you’d like)

1teaspoon salt (I used 1/4tsp)

Oil for frying

1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp or tbs of cinnamon to your liking. Put in bowl and set aside to coat after cooking.

You don’t need a pipe or shape you can just use a baggie cut off corner then squeeze a small snake like shape and cut it or pinch it off into oil.

Let it fry about 5 or so minutes then flip it to brown on other side

Take out when golden and put in cinnamon sugar
