-Low sodium pickles-
The whole batch has 1100Mg of sodium 16g of sugar. Took about 5 -10 to make the brine. You want to add water and all pictures ingredients. Bring it to a boil. Then turn the heat off. I added garlic and onions to my brine as well. For a flavor profile that I like. You can reuse the pic

My reactions of this reusing the leftover pickle juice. This store bought pickles are based in vinegar, so it’s a quick pickle type , not fermented pickles like mine. My pickle brine is 19 years old , and has no vinegar. Natural fermentation brings the sour pickle flavor! Keep hands and veg
