Peaches & Cream Muffins

Ingredients:

1 egg

2 Tbs milk

1/2 C yogurt or sour cream

1/4 oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 C flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1 heaping tsp cinnamon

1 C diced peaches (I used canned)

Directions: Combine all wet ingredients. Add all dry ingredients to wet and mix. Fold in the diced peaches. Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way with your batter (l used a regular sized pan) This is optional but you can top these with turbinado sugar and more cinnamon before baking for that crunchy top. Bake at 375 for 15-17 min or till a toothpick comes out clean. #Recipe #baking #muffins #homemaderecipes #breakfast
